The Worth Group is an integrated media company that produces content of the highest quality for sophisticated consumers, high net worth individuals, wealth advisors, prominent organizations and world-class brands.

Worth content is created by an award-winning editorial team led by editor in chief/chief content officer Richard Bradley that includes contributions from former NPR chairman and Harvard professor Howard Stevenson; Google Analytics and Google Voice founder Wesley Chan; Smith College President Kathleen McCartney; famed life coach and entrepreneur Tony Robbins; three-time Emmy Award-winning journalist Soledad O’Brien, who serves as the company’s philanthropy editor, and other renowned experts.

LEADERSHIP

Richard Bradley


RICHARD BRADLEY is Editor in Chief and Chief Content Officer of the Worth Group.

A respected author, journalist and speaker, Bradley is responsible for the Worth Group’s print, digital and broadcast content and sets the overall direction of Worth’s editorial voice.


For seven years, Bradley has led the editorial direction of the Worth Group’s award-winning print magazine, Worth, and is overseeing the Worth Group’s aggressive expansion into content distribution across multiple platforms.

Bradley’s previous experience includes roles as the Executive Editor of George, 02138 and Regardie’s. He is the author of three best-selling books: American Son, Harvard Rules and The Greatest Game. He is a graduate of Yale College and earned his masters at Harvard University.

Dean Sebring


DEAN SEBRING
 is Creative Director of the Worth Group.

An award-winning designer, Sebring is responsible for the look, feel and presentation of the Worth Group’s suite of products. He establishes and maintains Worth’s

brand standards and leads the team that produces the layout and design of the company’s flagship product, Worth, and its digital and broadcast channels and content.

For six years, Sebring’s design of Worth magazine has set an example of excellence among its peers and distinguished it from other publications in the marketplace. Under his leadership, Worth magazine has won awards, merits and honorable mentions for his design. His work with Worth is widely cited and often emulated.

Eric Sinoway


ERIC 
SINOWAY is CEO of the Worth Group.

An accomplished executive in the private, nonprofit and academic sectors, Sinoway leads all aspects of the company’s business. A well-regarded organizational strategist and a captivating speaker who has presented at top-tier universities and various organizations nationwide,

Sinoway has also been featured on CNN and in USA Today, Fortune and Harvard Business Review, among others.

Before assuming his position as Worth’s CEO, Sinoway co-founded Axcess Worldwide with his longtime business partner, Worth Group Chairman Kirk Posmantur. Previous experience included leadership roles at Harvard University, Cendant Corporation and Joie de Vivre Hotels. Sinoway is the author of Howard’s Gift, a bestselling book written in cooperation with iconic Harvard Business School professor Howard H. Stevenson.

James Dimonekas


JAMES DIMONEKAS
 is President of the Worth Group.

A long-time executive in the publishing and luxury industries, Dimonekas leads the Worth Group’s sales and revenue-generating functions and oversees relationship management activities with many of the company’s most important constituents.

For six years, Dimonekas has led the Worth Group’s efforts to build and engage its audience and create value for the company’s wealth advisors and advertisers. He has developed and nurtured relationships with many illustrious brands, including Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, NetJets, Brioni and AIG. He helped launch and grow the widely admired Worth Leading Wealth Advisors Program. Prior to his role at the Worth Group, Dimonekas served as the president of MGX Lab, publisher and vice president at Robb Report, publisher at Playboy and in various capacities at Ziff Davis.

Kirk Posmantur


KIRK POSMANTUR
 is Chairman of the Worth Group and CEO of Axcess Worldwide.

Recognized as the pioneer of the field of “partnership development,” he has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for organizations such as Audemars Piguet, Beats by Dr. Dre, Cadillac, Coca-Cola,

Dom Pérignon, FENDI, Ferrari/ Maserati, FIJI Water, Graff Diamonds, JPMorgan Chase, Las Vegas Sands and The Tony

Awards. Posmantur is an active investor and board member in high-growth companies. He was a member of the ownership team of Atlanta Hawks Sports and Entertainment, an Atlanta-based partnership that owns the NBA’s Atlanta Hawks and operates their home arena, Philips Arena. From 1993-2000, Posmantur held senior management positions at Cendant Corporation. He began his career at the American Hotel & Lodging Association.


ADAM I. SANDOW
 is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SANDOW.

With offices throughout the world, SANDOW brands include Interior Design, Luxe Interiors + Design and NewBeauty as well as Fred Segal, Culture + Commerce and Material ConneXion.

Prior to the start of SANDOW in 2003, Sandow was a principal at the internet startup and wedding media company The Knot. He was instrumental in orchestrating The Knot’s explosive growth and ultimate IPO in 2000. A serial entrepreneur, Sandow started his first business while a freshman at the University of Miami. Today, with more than 350 employees, a stable of renowned luxury publications and interconnected businesses, and the ability to reach affluent audiences around the world, Sandow has managed to reimagine and redefine the potential of a 21st century media company.

Soledad O'Brien


SOLEDAD O’BRIEN is the Philanthropy Editor of the Worth Group.

An award-winning journalist, documentarian, news anchor and producer, Soledad launched Starfish Media Group in June 2013. This multiplatform media production and distribution company is dedicated to uncovering and producing empowering stories that take a challenging look at the often

 

divisive issues of race, class, wealth, poverty and opportunity, through personal narratives.

Soledad was the originator of the documentary series for CNN, Black in America and Latino in America, which continues to be produced under Starfish Media Group. Earlier in her career, she co-anchored Weekend Today on NBC and contributed segments to the Today show and NBC Nightly News. In 2003, Soledad joined CNN, where she anchored the morning news program for many years. She also reports for HBO Real Sports, Al Jazeera, PBS NewsHour and hosts specials for the National Geographic Channel, among others.

In celebration of Worth‘s 25th anniversary, this issue will unveil a series of lists organized around the theme of 25. Specific examples include the 25 most influential entrepreneurs of the last 25 years, 10 things to know about investing in the next 25 years and 25 ways to live longer. The issue will also feature 25 predictions about the next quarter-century from leading thinkers, entrepreneurs and philanthropists.

Worth Summits
Worth hosts four annual Summits that provide opportunities to educate and engage a highly targeted audience of wealth advisors and affluent consumers. These single day events—featuring what feel like part TED-talk, part executive-education—are unique in the quality of their content and intimacy of their size, which is capped at 100 invited guests per Summit.

Conversations with Worth
Conversations with Worth is an intimate dinner series comprised of exceptional conversation, cocktails and cuisine. The event features a lightly moderated discussion among a member of the Worth editorial staff or leadership team, one or more wealth advisors and their clients, and an invited guest such as Mohamed El-Erian, Ken Burns, Bill Harlan and Paul Meister.
