Prior to founding Ancram IRBD, Nancy Vailakis spent the better part of two decades working in the finance industry doing everything from business development to strategy and investor relations. With Ancram IRBD, Vailakis is putting that experience to good use managing a firm that specializes in the boutique placement and business development for private funds with a focus on private credit and equity, hedge funds, real estate, and service providers.Â
