Jennifer Geoghegan Chief Strategy Officer, The Colony Group As the Chief Strategy Officer and a Principal at The Colony Group, Jennifer Geoghegan focuses on key strategic initiatives, from the development and implementation of The Colony Group’s strategic plan and vision to organizational structure and future innovative services. She also engages with talented advisors and teams who may desire to join Colony, imagining how coming together may help clients and employees achieve the meaning and joy they are seeking in their lives. Previously, Jennifer served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Advisor Coach of The Colony Group, helping to educate clients and connect them with Advisors who, she believes, are some of the most talented in the industry. She is a co-author of the book, Personal Financial Planning for Executives and Entrepreneurs: The Path to Financial Peace of Mind, and is a practice management expert, contributing to articles and speaking at industry events. Prior to joining The Colony Group, Jennifer was the Vice President of Marketing and Advisor Coach at Focus Financial Partners, a nationally recognized partnership of independent wealth management firms which Colony joined in 2011. Prior to that, Jennifer was VP, Card Acquisitions at American Express. During her tenure there, she also worked on new product development, customer loyalty and retention, and interactive marketing, giving her experience across the full affluent consumer lifecycle. Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. She also received an executive coaching certification from Columbia University. Jennifer volunteers in her local community and is currently supporting The Delbarton School, Kent Place School, and Beacon Hill Club. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, and the time she and her husband spend at sporting events watching their son and daughter play ice hockey and lacrosse.

Gina Hadley Co-Founder & Head of New Business, The Second Shift Gina Hadley does not like the status quo--if something doesn't work, fix it. As co-founder of The Second Shift, making change is her daily mission. She works in close partnership with companies to design working cultures that support and retain women. By demonstrating how even small changes ripple into big impact, Gina helps businesses of all sizes shift their workplaces forward into more flexible, nimble working structures. In addition to being co-founder, Gina is in charge of new business at The Second Shift. In this role, she takes a consultative approach, nurturing close relationships with business partners and remaining connected to them from onboarding through ongoing engagements. Together they create solutions that best support their business needs and identify opportunities to incorporate on-demand expertise into their human resources strategies. Gina is known for helping move clients from talk to action. She also speaks regularly at industry conferences as a leading expert on the future of work, gender equity as good business, and flexibility as a talent pipeline solution. Prior to founding The Second Shift, Gina was Worldwide Creative Coordinator at Ogilvy & Mather on the IBM business, and later pursued an entrepreneurial path as a founder of ads.com and Urban Monkeys in Seattle. Gina is an expert in being flexible and nimble, having moved her family cross-country four times in five years as a freelance consultant herself. She is now settled back in New York City with her husband and teenage daughter and son. Gina holds a B.A. from Connecticut College and a MFA from New York University.

Jill Herzig Director, Content Innovation, WW

Jill Herzig is and editor and content strategist and is currently the Director of Content Innovation at WW (formerly Weight Watchers). She also co-hosts the podcast You Turns with her friend Lisa Oz. The podcast explores life transitions, and navigating them with curiosity and grace. Previously, she spent 25 years as an editor at some of the biggest brands in the magazine industry. She completed her magazine career after launching Dr. Oz The Good Life, a partnership between Hearst magazines and Dr. Mehmet Oz. Within three years it became the second bestselling monthly on American newsstands with a total audience of nearly one million monthly readers. 

Seema Hingorani Founder & Chair, Girls Who Invest

Seema R. Hingorani is the Founder and Chair of Girls Who Invest, a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the number of women in portfolio management and leadership in the asset management industry. She is also the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of SevenStep Capital, an opportunistic alternatives seeding platform focused on investing in women portfolio managers. Hingorani is also a Senior Advisor at Crestview Partners and an Advisory Group member at Walter Scott & Partners Limited. Hingorani served until June 30, 2014 as Chief Investment Officer for the New York City Retirement Systems which had assets of $160 billion. Previous to this appointment, Hingorani was Interim Chief Investment Officer and before that Head of Public Equities & Hedge Funds for the pension funds. Under her leadership, the pension fund was named Hedge Fund Manager of the Year - Large Public Pension Plans by Institutional Investor. Prior to Hingorani's four years of public sector experience, she served as Global Director of Fundamental Research at Pyramis Global Advisors; a General Partner, Portfolio Manager and Senior Equity Analyst with hedge fund Andor Capital Management; a General Partner and Senior Equity Analyst at hedge fund Pequot Capital Management; Co-founder of hedge fund Mirador Capital Management; and an Equity Analyst with T. Rowe Price.

Hingorani has worked with several organizations focused on issues concerning women and girls and is a prolific speaker on the topic of a more robust inclusion of women in the corporate sector. She was honored as the 2016 Woman with Impact by the Connecticut Women's Business Development Council, Wall Street Women Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by Traders magazine and received the 2015 Women in Finance Achievement award from MarketsMedia for her work with Girls Who Invest. Hingorani served as a member of the National Finance Committee of Secretary Clinton’s 2016 Presidential Campaign. She is an active member of the Center for American Progress U.S. India Task Force, The Economic Club of New York and 100 Women in Finance. Hingorani earned her BA in Psychology/Philosophy from Yale College and her MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jen Jamula Cofounder, GoldJam Creative Jen Jamula is cofounder of GoldJam Creative, an organization that customizes and leads communication skills trainings using their background in comedy and acting. She coaches companies and groups in topics ranging from public speaking to effective communication to tackling gender bias. Clients include Spotify, Time Warner, Penguin Random House, WeWork, The Girl Scouts of NY, and more. For their creative and comedic work, co-founders Allison Goldberg and Jen Jamula were ranked among the "top ten funniest women in NYC" by Time Out NY and have been recognized by WIRED, Forbes, Newsweek, Vice, CBS, among others.

Jennifer Justice Co-Founder, The Justice Dept Jennifer Justice is an entertainment and live-experience executive known for her expertise in building artists’ careers and business portfolios by marrying art with commerce. JJ, as she is known, made her mark as an entertainment attorney at Carroll, Guido and Groffman LLP, where she was made partner in only three years. With a roster of clients that included Jay-Z, Outkast, Slipknot, and Mark Ronson, as well as having negotiated massive joint venture agreements which included the partnerships of Jay-Z and Roc Nation with Live Nation.   JJ parlayed her experience to join Jay-Z to build Roc Nation in 2010. As general counsel and EVP at Roc Nation, she helped structure the vision and growth of Roc Nation and oversaw the expansion of Roc Nation’s portfolio offering to include TV, film, branding, sports, and media entertainment. She served on the board of Roc Nation’s joint venture companies Three Six Media and Steam Engine; aided the creation of major strategic partnerships including Stance, Skullcandy, Puma, and Budweiser. JJ served as Jay-Z’s personal entertainment attorney for a total of 17 years and Beyonce’s personal attorney for one year while at Roc Nation. She joined Superfly in 2016 as the president of corporate development and during her two-and-a-half-year tenure, Superfly doubled their ownership of live music experiences, increased revenues by 65%, and raised a Series B round of financing.   In 2019, JJ founded The Justice Dept. – a management, strategy and legal firm that works with female (and woke male) entrepreneurs, executives, talent, brands and creatives to build and maximize their value focusing in the areas of tech, consumer product, finance, media, entertainment and fashion.   From the beginning of her career, JJ has championed gender equality and diversity in the workplace. She serves on many boards with the same initiatives, including as a founding advisory board member of USC’s Annenberg Inclusion Initiative, on the board of the innovative domestic violence organization, Freefrom and on the inaugural board of the WNBAPA. In addition, JJ serves on the board of One Hope Wines, advisory board to Loop & Tie, MyMoneyMyFuture and Buho. JJ has been named a “Game Changer” by Goop, one of the 50 Badass Women Changing the World in 2020 by InStyle, and has been listed on Billboard's Women in Power three times. She has been featured on the TODAY Show and is a regular contributor on NBC News.  

Sallie Krawcheck CEO and Co-Founder, Ellevest Sallie Krawcheck’s professional mission is to help women reach their financial and professional goals (or, put more bluntly, to get more money into the hands of women), thus enabling them to live better lives and unleashing a positive ripple effect for our families, our communities and our economy. To that end, she is the CEO and co-founder of Ellevest, a digital-first, mission-driven investment platform for women. She was also Chief Financial Officer for Citigroup. Prior to that, Krawcheck was a top-ranked research analyst covering the securities industry. Krawcheck received a BA summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School. She has two children and two cats.

Kathryn Minshew CEO & Founder, The Muse Kathryn Minshew is the CEO & Founder of The Muse, a career platform used by over 75 million people to research companies and careers. In 2018, The Muse was named one of Fast Company's 50 Most Innovative Companies in the World and #3 Most Innovative Company for Enterprise. Kathryn has spoken at MIT and Harvard, contributed to the WSJ and HBR, and appeared on TODAY and CNN, among others. Kathryn worked on HPV vaccine introduction in Rwanda with the Clinton Health Access Initiative before founding The Muse, and was previously at McKinsey & Company. Her first book, "The New Rules of Work," was a Wall Street Journal national bestseller.

Amy Nelson Founder and CEO, The Riveter Amy Nelson is the founder and CEO of The Riveter, a network of community and work spaces built by women, for everyone. A graduate of Emory University and the NYU School of Law, Amy practiced corporate litigation with a focus on high-profile First Amendment matters for over a decade in New York City and Seattle. She also served on President Obama’s National Finance Committee where she co-chaired Gen44, the under 40 fundraising arm of the campaign. Amy previously worked with President Carter’s The Carter Center. Amy launched The Riveter in 2017 while pregnant with her third daughter in three years and will welcome daughter number four in June 2019. The Riveter’s growth has outpaced even WeWork’s first years and they recently closed a $15 million Series A led by Alpha Edison. Amy is a contributor for Forbes, and has been published broadly including in The Washington Post and The Seattle Times. She has spoken across the world on many stages, including Forbes Under 30, Cannes Lions and SXSW.

Dee Poku-Spalding Founder and CEO, WIE

Juliet Scott-Croxford CEO, Worth Juliet currently serves as CEO for media brand Worth, responsible for leading its transformation from a print magazine to a content platform that focuses on 'Worth beyond Wealth' and inspires and informs an affluent, influential and successful community of individuals to be their best selves. Juliet began her career as a management consultant, learning to code at IBM Business Consulting Services, before focusing on business strategy and organizational change, working with clients to solve complex business problems across a variety of sectors through the use of technology. Her experience in this area took her to a role at Boxwood (now KPMG) where she worked as a senior consultant in strategy and business change, with a focus on the media and technology sector. After working as a consultant with Guardian News & Media on its print to digital strategy, in 2012 she was confirmed in a permanent role to lead strategy and operations for the Guardian Media Group's commercial division based in London. Juliet joined the Guardian’s executive committee in 2015 and, as chief delivery officer; was responsible for the strategic implementation of the global three year turnaround plan and subsequent transformation and growth for the Guardian’s US operation, relocating to New York in 2016. She lives in Westchester with her husband and son, is a keen runner, yogi, and skier.

Angie Sabel Managing Director, Abbot Downing Angie Sabel is a managing director in Abbot Downing’s New York office.  She is responsible for providing clients with comprehensive relationship management and partnering with Abbot Downing’s specialists for asset management and planning.   Angie brings over 20 years of experience in advising entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate executives on their families’ private wealth management. Prior to joining Abbot Downing, Angie was a Managing Director at Avenue Capital Group and led the Principals’ Private Group for over 13 years where she was responsible and oversaw the Principals’ investments in Avenue and regulatory, compliance and communications regarding the Principals.  She also directed the Principals’ family offices overseeing their investments with third-party investment managers and in various business joint ventures, their comprehensive tax planning, their wealth transfer strategies, structuring and protecting their assets, and their philanthropic initiatives.  Prior to Avenue, Angie was a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Private Companies Services/Personal Financial Services group.   She served as both the relationship and engagement leader for business advisory services, tax planning, and wealth management and preservation strategies to her clients which included the Principals of Avenue. Angie is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and is a Certified Public Accountant.   She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from University of Florida and received a graduate certificate from Florida International University. She and her husband, William, live in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Annastasia Seebohm CEO, Quintessentially Annastasia Seebohm is the CEO of Quintessentially, the leading luxury lifestyle group that caters to an exclusive members-only community of high worth individuals and luxury brands, seeking unique experiences and lifestyle services. Annastasia is responsible for running all facets of the business.  She oversees the day to day operations, including P & L, marketing, sales and the strategic growth plans of the 60 offices worldwide and its 1500 employees.  The company’s revenues exceed $100 million. As Global CEO, her goals are to identify and design meaningful experiences for members, create in-person communities and build relationships with the world’s most recognizable, luxury business partners.  Her strong business mind and innate sense of bespoke luxury allow her to lead a team that provides the highest level of service to both private and corporate members by understanding that time and value are the defining factors. Recruited by founders Aaron Simpson and Ben Elliot, Annastasia joined the London based Quintessentially in 2012 to focus on business development. In 2016, she was named US CEO and relocated to New York to manage its four US offices, in addition to the nine in Central and South America.  Moreover, as US CEO she implemented an in depth strategic alignment process that connected the company’s infrastructure and global resources and partners with its strategic business initiatives of increasing members and cultivating new brand partnerships.  This was hugely successful and resulted in tripling revenues in her first 12 months as US CEO. Annastasia leads the company’s American philanthropic endeavors.  Modelling off Quintessentially’s Global Foundation, she is launching the Quintessentially Foundation USA, which aims to bring about meaningful change in communities by focusing on charitable giving through fundraising and awareness initiatives that offer ownership and connection to its members and partners. Annastasia also sits on the advisory board of Racked Stretch, an innovative biomechanics-based, wellness start-up and serves as a mentor to young women in business. Annastasia was bestowed one of the industry’s most esteemed honors when she was included in Luxury Daily’s ‘Women to Watch 2018’ list, which profiles 25 executive women who demonstrate the potential to make a major impact around the world. Annastasia earned a BSc in International Business Management at Cardiff University. She created and sold a successful e-commerce property business in London, and spent a number of years in her native Greece working with leading entrepreneurs.

Lindsey Taylor Wood Co-Founder & CEO, The Helm Lindsey Taylor Wood is the co-founder and CEO of The Helm, a venture fund, platform, and community that makes it easy to invest in women. An expert in the empowerment of women and girls, Lindsey spent much of her career working in non-profit and gender-lense philanthropy. Her theory of change now centers on investing in women as a primary tool for shifting the social, political, cultural and economic narratives and practices that will bring us closer to equality. Before founding The Helm, Lindsey was the Founder and President of LTW, an impact studio with an emphasis on contemporary feminism. Clients include actor Matt McGorry, MAKERS, The Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet, The Harnisch Foundation, Women Moving Millions, and filmmakers Jill Bauer, Ronna Gradus, and Rashida Jones, among others. In partnership with these clients, LTW designed and implemented a wide range of programs, products, and systems, including but not limited to funding mechanisms and mentorship programs for media makers, content strategies for films and television programs philanthropic strategies for family foundations, and social impact campaigns. Her ability to use philanthropy, finance, and culture symbiotically, and with a gender lens, has made her a sought after strategist in the women's rights movement.

Marta Tellado President and CEO, Consumer Reports As President and CEO of Consumer Reports, Marta L. Tellado leads America’s foremost consumer organization—an independent nonprofit that works with consumers to advance truth, transparency, and fairness in the marketplace.  Since joining CR in 2014, Tellado has transformed one of America’s most trusted social enterprises, uniting its rigorous research, consumer insights, award-winning journalism, and policy expertise to drive social impact. Prior to joining CR, Marta served as Vice President for Global Communications at the Ford Foundation, following policy work in Washington, DC, at the Aspen Institute and the Partnership for Public Service.  She also served as a senior advisor to Senator Bill Bradley of New Jersey—the state where she was raised following her family’s journey from her birthplace of Havana, Cuba. Marta attended Fairleigh Dickinson University, and holds an M.A. and Ph.D. in political science from Yale University.

Shelley Zalis CEO, The Female Quotient Shelley Zalis, known as the “chief troublemaker,” is a pioneer for online research, movement leader, and champion of gender equality. She is an internationally renowned entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, mother, and founder and CEO of The Female Quotient. Zalis rewrites the rules and innovates solutions to impact real change. In 2000, she left the corporate world to found OTX (Online Testing Exchange), which became one of the fastest growing research companies in the world. Zalis is also on the Board of Directors for MAKERS, ColorComm and Dress for Success. A firm believer in giving back with generosity, Zalis is not only a mentor to women around the world, but also provides time and resources to educating girls in countries such as Rwanda. She has been awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Global Marketing Leadership Award, ARF Great Minds in Innovation Award, AWNY’s Game Changer Award, and the Matrix Award.
