Rotary. She is an active member of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey and Women United in Philanthropy. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, spending time with family and relaxing at the beach.

Patty Hubbard Managing Director & Co-Founder, BrandForward, and Board Chair, Athlete x Impact Patty brings nearly 25 years of experience in the fields of brand, sports, and entertainment marketing to her Executive leadership role at BrandForward and as Board Chair of Athlete x Impact. As one of the co-founders of BrandForward and Athlete x Impact, the company provides the perfect forum to bring together Patty’s experience and passion for brand strategy, mentorship and knowledge of the sports industry. Prior to BrandForward, Patty was one of MKTG’s founding partners and West Coast President for nearly 11 years. During that time, Pattywas a leadership player in the positioning of the agency for acquisition by the Dentsu Aegis Network in 2014. Based in the agency’s San Francisco office, Patty led the West Coast growth initiative through the acquisition of leading category clients in the fields of technology, consumer electronics, sports, apparel and natural food products. Prior to MKTG, Patty worked for two years as President of On Board Entertainment and for seven years with Live Nation Entertainment strategically leading national partnerships with Coca-Cola, Levi’s, VISA and Reebok in their New York, Atlanta and San Francisco offices. When not in the office she enjoys coaching her children’s basketball teams and skiing in Lake Tahoe. Patty lives in Mill Valley, California, with her husband Chris and their children, Sydney and Owen.

Cindy Parlow Cone Director of Coaching, North Carolina FC, Director of International Outreach, Goals for Girls and President, United States Soccer Federation Cindy Parlow Cone is the Director of Coaching for North Carolina FC, a youth soccer club. Cindy also works as the Director of International Outreach for Goals for Girls, a non-profit organization that connects girls from different backgrounds with their peers around the world to address social and health challenges through soccer. She is currently is the President of the United States Soccer Federation. Previously, Cindy was a 9-year member of the United States Women’s National Soccer Team, winning 2 Olympic Gold medals (’96, ’04), an Olympic silver medal (’00), and a Women’s World Cup Championship (’99). She has coached at the collegiate level, winning 4 national championships in 7 years (’06, ’08, ’09, ’12). At the professional level, Cindy is the youngest coach to ever win an American professional sports championship (in any sport) as the Portland Thorns head coach in 2013. Cindy received her B.A. from University of North Carolina.

Juliet Scott-Croxford CEO, Worth Juliet currently serves as CEO for media brand Worth, responsible for leading its transformation from a print magazine to a content platform that focuses on 'Worth beyond Wealth' and inspires and informs an affluent, influential and successful community of individuals to be their best selves. Juliet began her career as a management consultant, learning to code at IBM Business Consulting Services, before focusing on business strategy and organizational change, working with clients to solve complex business problems across a variety of sectors through the use of technology. Her experience in this area took her to a role at Boxwood (now KPMG) where she worked as a senior consultant in strategy and business change, with a focus on the media and technology sector. After working as a consultant with Guardian News & Media on its print to digital strategy, in 2012 she was confirmed in a permanent role to lead strategy and operations for the Guardian Media Group's commercial division based in London. Juliet joined the Guardian’s executive committee in 2015 and, as chief delivery officer; was responsible for the strategic implementation of the global three year turnaround plan and subsequent transformation and growth for the Guardian’s US operation, relocating to New York in 2016. She lives in Westchester with her husband and son, is a keen runner, yogi, and skier.
