Morris Nutt

Morris Nutt has been serving individual investors, executives, and business owners in an advisory role since 1997 and started Morris Nutt Financial, an independent firm in 2002. He enjoys helping investors and businesses create custom financial plans, retirement plans, and exit strategies designed to preserve and add to their wealth.

He considers his greatest talent to be teaching people of all ages and economic backgrounds the power of sound financial management.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from Arkansas State University and an Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Christian Brothers University. Morris also completed the Prudential Financial Retirement Strategy Program at The Wharton School of Business. He is licensed as a Securities Principal. Morris became a Registered Investment Advisor and Fiduciary in September 2017.

Outside of work, Morris enjoys speaking and writing. He enjoys giving back to his community through the organizations like Toys for Tots, the American Red Cross, Fed Ex Family House, and much more. He is a four-time best-selling author and an international public speaker. Morris counts his relationships with family and friends as his biggest success. He spends his spare time away from work with his wife Kelly and two children, Kevin, and Kathleen. Morris and his family are active in the Memphis Community and enjoy traveling, attending various sporting events, and more than anything taking care of their loving dog of thirteen years, Abby.
