Rosemary Whisler is an insurance advisor leading the private client sector at Cook Maran & Associates. Her expansive book of business reaches from California to the Hamptons. She is a licensed broker of property and casualty, and of life and health insurance. Ms. Whisler has been in the insurance business since 2001, when she started with State Farm in Huntington, N.Y. She was recently invited by Chubb and the Wharton School to become a member of the inaugural class for the Certified Advisor of Personal Insurance program. Ms. Whisler has been an active member of the Centerport Yacht Club for the past ten years, where she enjoys boating, swimming and fund-raising for Make-a-Wish. She is the grade coordinator and head girls’ coach of the Harborfields Lacrosse Club. Ms. Whisler and her husband Doug live in Greenlawn, N.Y., with their daughters, Adelaide and Molly.
