Mark Cushing is the founding partner and CEO of the Animal Policy Group and a Stanford honors graduate. A long-time political strategist, government regulatory advisor, corporate executive and former litigator, he focuses his advocacy practice on providing high-level strategic advice and services to clients with needs at any level of government and key trade/industry associations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He acts as Trustees Counsel for Lincoln Memorial University and has served as adjunct faculty and lecturer at Lincoln Memorial University, Lewis & Clark College and the University of Oregon Law School. He has the unique job of advancing causes related to pets.
