Loretta McCarthy

Loretta McCarthy is co-CEO and managing partner of Golden Seeds, an investment organization recognized as a leader in the movement to fund women entrepreneurs, where she manages the national network of nearly 350 members. Previously, Loretta served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at OppenheimerFunds and was an executive at the American Express Company. She currently serves on the board of directors of Take the Lead Women, an organization that supports the growth of women in leadership in all sectors, and has experience serving on corporate and nonprofit boards.
