Beth Ann Kaminkow Global CEO, Geometry Beth Ann is the Global Chief Executive Officer of Geometry – WPP’s end-to-end Creative Commerce agency, located in 90 offices and 56 countries around the world. Beth Ann is recognized as a  leader with a proven record of reimagining retail, as well as creating and designing commercial programs that drive growth. In her two plus decades in the industry, Beth Ann has touched every aspect of marketing communications across consumer-packaged goods, retail, finance, restaurant and technology companies and brings both client and agency side perspectives to her work. She is a strong advocate of insights-inspired marketing programs and was a pioneer in strategic-planning research methodologies. She continues to drive innovation in this space. A worldwide traveler born in Baltimore (though she considers herself more of a Bostonian at heart—especially when it comes to sports loyalties!) Beth Ann graduated with a BA from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School and an MBA from Boston University in Organizational Behavior. Beth Ann was a founding member of a successful startup purchased by Omnicom, and led TracyLocke as the first female CEO in its one-hundred-year history, as well as the first Global Chief Marketing Officer of Westfield Corp. She most recently served as the CEO for Kantar Consulting Americas. Beth Ann is an AdAge Woman to Watch, a member of WPP’s X-Factor, and serves on the national boards of the Syracuse University Newhouse School of Public Communications as well as the non-profit charity Back on My Feet. While she sees work as personally fun and a bit of an endurance sport, she also is an avid runner, loves cities and making them better, and spending time with her husband, family, and close friends.

Stephanie Hull President and CEO, Girls Inc. Stephanie J. Hull is President and CEO of Girls Inc., the national organization that inspires all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. delivers life-changing programs and experiences to more than 132,000 girls through a network of 80 local organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Girls Inc. also advocates for policy and culture change to strengthen opportunities for girls and improve the conditions in which all girls are growing up. Under Dr. Hull’s leadership, the Girls Inc. network is expanding into new high-need communities and developing new partnerships with schools to bring the proven Girls Inc. programming experience to more girls, ensuring that they have the resources and opportunities to thrive. Dr. Hull has had a long career as a leader in education and as a women’s advocate. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation. Before that, she was Head of the Brearley School, an all-girls school located in New York City. At Brearley, among other accomplishments, she led and completed the School’s largest capital campaign to date ($75M). Dr. Hull was also a member of the faculty and administration at Mount Holyoke, and Dartmouth Colleges. Dr. Hull has lent her expertise and talents to a number of mission-driven organizations over the years. In particular, she is a board member of the Professional Children’s School; the New York State Association of Independent Schools; Code Nation, which equips students in under-resourced high schools with the skills needed for careers in technology; and Humanity in Action, an international nonprofit organization that educates and connects young people who seek to become leaders on issues related to human and minority rights. Dr. Hull holds a Ph.D. and an A.M. from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Wellesley College.

Juliet Scott-Croxford CEO, Worth Juliet currently serves as CEO for media brand Worth, responsible for leading its transformation from a print magazine to a content platform that focuses on 'Worth beyond Wealth' and inspires and informs an affluent, influential and successful community of individuals to be their best selves. Juliet began her career as a management consultant, learning to code at IBM Business Consulting Services, before focusing on business strategy and organizational change, working with clients to solve complex business problems across a variety of sectors through the use of technology. Her experience in this area took her to a role at Boxwood (now KPMG) where she worked as a senior consultant in strategy and business change, with a focus on the media and technology sector. After working as a consultant with Guardian News & Media on its print to digital strategy, in 2012 she was confirmed in a permanent role to lead strategy and operations for the Guardian Media Group's commercial division based in London. Juliet joined the Guardian’s executive committee in 2015 and, as chief delivery officer; was responsible for the strategic implementation of the global three year turnaround plan and subsequent transformation and growth for the Guardian’s US operation, relocating to New York in 2016. She lives in Westchester with her husband and son, is a keen runner, yogi, and skier.
