Tom is an Associate of Leaders’ Quest based in New York. During his 36 years at Pfizer, Tom launched and led numerous global Environmental Health and Safety programs focusing on process safety, occupational health and safety, product stewardship, and environmental sustainability. Since leaving Pfizer, he serves as an adjunct professor to Clarkson University graduate students and a lecturer at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. In addition, Tom mentors Posse Foundation Scholars and chairs the Education Committee for his local chapter of the Climate Reality Project. Tom has traveled to 49 countries and seeks new places to explore in the upcoming years.
