Sir Paul Altman, Kt. has been involved in real estate for over forty years. He is the Managing Director of Altman Real Estate, an international affiliate of Savills. Sir Paul is a Past President of the Barbados National Trust and continues to be involved in restoration projects, including the restoration of this historic Bridgetown Synagogue 1654. Sir Paul is also involved in a number business and charitable endeavours. He serves as Chairman and Trustee of the Barbados Community Foundation, an umbrella charity which has been assisting the most vulnerable in Barbados, and throughout the Caribbean, for twenty years. In 2016, Sir Paul was honoured with the title of Knight Bachelor, as part of the British Honours System, for services to the preservation of historic buildings and real estate development.
