Shelly Lombard has over 30 years of experience in finance on Wall Street, with expertise in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and investing in restructurings and turnarounds. She is currently on the boards of Bed Bath & Beyond and Craft 1861, where she is a member of the audit and nominating/governance committees. Shelly also served on the boards of INNOVATE Corp, Spartacus Acquisition Corp, and Alaska Communications, where she was either the chair of or a member of the audit committee. In 2021, she was selected as a Directorship Honoree by the National Association of Corporate Directors.

From 2003 to 2010, Shelly was a high yield bond analyst and one of the most frequently quoted automotive analysts on Wall Street, appearing in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, and on CNBC. Before that, she invested in and managed proprietary investments for ING Bank, Barclays Bank, Credit Lyonnais, and Chase Manhattan Bank where she helped start the bank debt trading desk.

Shelly is one of the general partners of Causeway Investments, a recently launched venture capital secondary fund.
