Selena Cuffe is a globally recognized entrepreneur and executive. Selena avidly believes that successful business can empower communities. Named the 2009 BlackEnterprise Magazine “BE Next” Entrepreneur of the Year, she is an expert at driving growth and creating value for clients,partners, employees, consumers, and communities.

As President of SodexoMAGIC, a $600 million joint venture between NBA legend andhall of famer, Earvin “Magic Johnson” and Sodexo, a food service and facilities management company, Cuffe empowers 6,500 employees to provide Quality of Life solutions to clients and communities across the United States. She is also co-founder of Heritage Link Brands, the largest M/WBE wine importer in North America.

Selena received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University, with minors in Spanish and Portuguese, and she holds an MBA with honors from Harvard University.

A passionate activist for local and global community, Cuffe is a certified mediator, appointed by the Culver City Council to resolve landlord/tenant disputes in the high-tech, fast-growing Los Angeles suburb. Selena is also a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), board member of the Harvard Business School African American Alumni Association, Harvard Business School Women Student Alumnae Board, Vice President Emeritus of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board and anAdvisor to the Stanford University Bing Overseas Studies Program.

She has been recognized for outstanding entrepreneurial achievement, social progress and innovation by Beverage Media, Black Enterprise, Bravo, CNN, Crain’s New York, ELLE, Essence, Forbes, Harvard Business School, Los Angeles Times, PBS,Time Magazine, Wine Spectator, and she is co-author of Inc. Magazine’s “Married with Business” column.

Cuffe, a Diamond Life member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., has lived in four countries and travelled to over 40. She is also married and the mother of three children.
