MonaLisa R. Como

MonaLisa Como is on the Board of Directors for Bring Change 2 Mind, a non-profit founded by Glenn Close to fight the stigma on mental health. She’s also a Founder in Residence at Antler and Senior Managing Partner of InterPares Partners, a boutique advisory firm in Washington DC.

With over 25 in financial services, MonaLisa specializes in fintech, beginning with E*TRADE Financial as startup and held senior roles at AIG Advisory and TD Ameritrade. MonaLisa acquired a small commercial brokerage lending business and co-founded InterPares Capital and InterPares Partners. She then became Chief Operating Officer of Capital One Investing, the $30 billion wealth management division of Capital One and soon promoted to President. She is now a Founder in Residence at Antler, working on her newest startup while providing advisory and strategic management consulting to Fortune 500 companies.

MonaLisa resides in Washington DC with husband Jay and five children. She is an avid philanthropist and advocate for women entrepreneurs, women in business, and mental health. As a parent of a child with mental health, MonaLisa has spoken globally on ending the stigma on mental health in both communities and corporate cultures. She sits on two mental health boards: Board Director and Treasurer for Bring Change 2 Mind and the Advisory Board for FormScore™, a UK mental health wellness firm.  She also on the Board of Directors for Agora Brand Group and is the Vice Chair for the Advisory Board of Women’s Business Collaborative.
