Producer and Emmy Award Winner, SNL

Lindsay Shookus is a producer on Saturday Night Live and a 4-time Emmy winner. Lindsay runs the talent department at SNL which is responsible for booking hosts, music and the cast, in addition to her producing responsibilities. She has worked at NBC’s 30 Rockefeller Center for her entire career, beginning as an executive assistant in the talent department in 2002 at SNL where she first learned the craft of producing late-night programming. She was also an Associate Producer on 30 RockShe has also produced several Emmy winning and Emmy nominated specials such as SNL 40th, the Adele special, and the 2018 Emmy AwardsShe was named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s “Up-and-Coming Execs 35 and Under” and has appeared on Billboard’s Women in Music list three times. She was also recently featured as one of the 2020 BADASS 50 by InStyle Magazine

Lindsay is a single mom to 7-year-old Madeleine and lives in NYC. She is originally from Buffalo, NY and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Lindsay is very involved in several non-profits and boards. She is a strong advocate for UNICEF, Emily’s List, Moms Demand Action and EVERYTOWN, and is on the leadership council of the Sesame Foundation. Lindsay is also a mentor to many women in the entertainment industry and is extremely generous with her time and advice.
