The podcast explores life transitions, and navigating them with curiosity and grace. Previously, she spent 25 years as an editor at some of the biggest brands in the magazine industry. She completed her magazine career after launching Dr. Oz The Good Life, a partnership between Hearst magazines and Dr. Mehmet Oz.
