He advises clients on regulatory issues in the area of banking, insurance and securities and has expertise in the commercial and corporate law. Mr. Carmichael also oversees overall management of the firm. He holds a TEP designation from STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practioners) and a MCIArb designation from CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators).
