Fany founded Acorn Accounting in 2011, a boutique financial services firm serving organic and transitioning farmers in the Midwest. She later became a consultant for larger organizations serving regenerative agriculture at a larger scale. Her later project, Jacaranda Capital, includes the development of innovative financial vehicles that ultimately enable the scaling of regenerative agriculture, restore climate health, and heal deteriorated social, economic, and ecological systems.
Fany has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting and financial management, a bachelor’s in social psychology, speaks Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian, and is a certified yoga teacher and humble, curious, life-long learner. She lives in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.
