Elaine is the Digital Enablement leader for the IBM Leadership, Learning & Inclusion organization. She leads strategic programs with a focus on digital engagement across IBM. Most recently, she launched a series of live virtual sessions activating and motivating teams. This work was inspired by sessions conducted with the CEO and his leadership team, which Elaine supported in the development and execution of. Elaine is consistently identifying areas to transform Leadership, Learning & Inclusion at IBM. Some examples include, digitizing the quarterly prioritization process for the team and training 150+ team members on how to facilitate engaging virtual meetings leveraging Mural.
Prior to this role, Elaine was an experience consultant with IBM Digital Strategy & iX. She advised both national and international financial organizations on how they can transform their marketing capabilities to thrive in the digital age. She has experience with data analysis, financial reporting, marketing technologies, campaign development, and change management.
As a champion of change, Elaine has been recognized for igniting organizational transformation within IBM. She is the co-founder and leader of the Women at IBM NYC with over 1K community members, named top Business Resource Group in 2019. Elaine also led a team to develop a North America IBM iX onboarding program for early professional new hires in 2018 and 2019, with over 90 participants in the program and a record high NPS score. She also co-founded an internal global initiative, the IBM iX Ambassador Program, with the mission of connecting global teams to share work, best practices and failures to inspire collaboration. The Ambassador Program is now over 100+ members, across 41 countries and is a key culture initiative for the organization.
In late 2018, Elaine was deployed on an international assignment as a member of the IBM Corporate Service Corps Program, which is a corporate social responsibility and competitive leadership development program at IBM.
Outside of IBM, Elaine is a Board Member of Live2Ball, a non-profit, that to date as raised over $300K for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center.
