Dupé Ajayi is known for her simplified yet strategic approach to launching innovative marketing campaigns which capture and ignite intersectional audiences. She believes in the power of marketing for good.
After working in production at companies such as MTV, ABC News and BET she made a natural transition into the non-profit arena as a branding and marketing specialist. She has since consulted to and worked for several corporate, non-profit and governmental agencies including Brooklyn Public Library, McDonald’s, The City of New York, Starbucks, Mary J. Blige, Rent the Runway’s Project Entrepreneur, the Brooklyn Public Library, to name a few.
As Intersectional Marketing Strategist for The Shed, she’s charged with and excited to make sure those who feel they don’t or cannot access arts spaces are welcomed in by cultivating symbiotic partnerships with schools, government agencies, community- based institutions and more.
Dupé is credentialed by New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies in the area of Public Relations and Marketing for Non-Profits.
