Noting the extreme lack of diversity in leadership roles across industries, she’s dedicated much of her career to preparing multicultural leaders for career advancement opportunities. Prior to assuming her role as CEO, Desiree held various DEI, recruiting, and communications roles at global brands such as NBCUniversal, WarnerMedia, MSNBC, and Gartner.
Desiree’s work has been featured on Forbes, Career Contessa, and Zenefits. Her clients have landed interviews and job offers at companies like Facebook, LinkedIn, HBO, Spotify, and Deloitte, and collectively have garnered 1.6M in salary increases.
