Global Event Manager, Corporate Marketing, IBM

After graduating the University of Connecticut School of Business, I joined the IBM Performance Marketing Organization Development team. It allowed me to understand what B2B marketing looks like, as we ushered an enterprise-wide transformation and built our organization from the ground up – redefining tools, processes, metrics for efficiency, education, skills, culture and talent development. Currently, I am a Global Event Manager on our Corporate Marketing team, bringing the IBM brand to life across third party and proprietary events. In this role, I manage an array of events ranging from 600 – 30,000+ attendees end to end in the context of global marketing campaigns.

Passion and purpose have grown to be a huge part of my life inside and outside of IBM. As an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, I took an active part in the global Be Equal Campaign as a contributing author of the 2019 IBV study on Women in Leadership.  I co-founded the Women at IBM NYC community of over 1,200 IBMers which was recognized as the Top Business Resource Group in 2019.  I foster IBM Marketing culture through monthly professional development, networking, and community service events as an 88 University Ambassador.  Outside of IBM, I have deepened my passion and commitment to making an impact as a Board Member of Live2Ball, a non-profit raising over $300,000 for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center.  When I am not planning an event, I am plotting my next international destination, trying a new restaurant in Brooklyn, or watching a UConn basketball game.
