Arsha Cazazian is a seasoned real estate executive with over 2 decades of experience planning, executing and leading teams for large-scale public and private development projects.

In her current role as Director of Global Real Estate for Shearman & Sterling, LLP., she is responsible for the firm’s workplace strategy, technology integration, delivery and management of the partnership’s 1 million sq.ft global real estate portfolio spanning 23 offices across 5 continents.

Prior to her role at Shearman & Sterling,  Arsha worked across all asset classes with positions as the Commercial Sector Lead at Stantec, a publicly traded AEC firm, to Managing Director-  Head of Innovation at Jones Lang LaSalle to her work with smaller organizations and founder of a WBE-certified design & delivery firm in New York City.

Throughout her professional career, Arsha has also been involved with sustainable development initiatives and projects in emerging markets. She was as an active member of the United Nations Development Programme coupled with various pro bono commitments to the Impact Network, building schools along Zambia’s Copperbelt with deep focus on alternative energy solutions.  She also served as Associate professor of Architecture at the New York Institute of Technology for 8 years.

Arsha is a Board member of the Global Nomads Group (Bezos Family Foundation partner), KMJ Consulting and Council member at Nationswell.

She holds a Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University, GSAPP and a notable women’s scholarship from the University of Oxford, Saïd Business School with a Diploma in Strategy & Innovation.
