Anna Blue is a passion catalyst, change agent, and seasoned executor, who currently leads as the Chief Next Gen Officer at The Female Quotient (FQ), where she works with companies to culturally prepare for the future of work, helping to create more equitable opportunities for young women and a clearer path to leadership. For two decades, Anna has led meaningful movements focused on education and social change. Prior to The FQ, Anna led as the Co-Executive Director of Girl Up, providing transformational leadership development to thousands of girls worldwide, activating them to advance gender equality in their communities. From the U.S. Senate and presidential campaign trail, to advancing deep-rooted systemic change in urban education and gender equality, Anna’s career reflects her belief in the power of building community, collaboration and consensus. She is recognized for her insights on the values, perspectives, and preferences of Gen Z, and has spoken at prominent events in hopes of preparing decision-makers at all levels for the future of work and consumerism. Anna serves on the board of Girl Up, Elizabeth Seton High School, and the International Center on Religion and Justice.
