Alyce Panico has served as President of Luxe Collective Group since 2015, bringing 20+ years of experience to her role.
Previously, Alyce served as Vice President at the company she joined in 2002. Over that time, she helped the company (formerly known as full service ad agency Pedone & Partners) transform and grow into an integrated media planning and buying agency specializing in premium and luxury goods. The agency represents many prestigious global brands and thrives on innovative strategy and solutions across every media platform. Alyce is enthusiastic about new opportunities media has to offer. She challenges herself to bring clients ideas that will help them succeed.
Alyce leads a team of 25 employees, manages media billings of $150 Million+, advises on industry panels, and initiates thought-leader discussions and multi-platform concept development for client partners. Media activations under Alyce’s leadership have included first to market media offerings, signature event sponsorships and integrations, multi-platform custom content, and inventive digital and print units that broke the mold of traditional placements.
A born negotiator, those that have engaged will attest to Alyce being tough but fair and always looking out for her clients. With a background in fashion and retail, Alyce offers unique perspective having worked both in-house and at full service agencies. Prior to Luxe Collective Group, Alyce worked at Calvin Klein Inc., supervising media planning and buying efforts for various collections within the brand portfolio. This experience provided insight into the complexities of marketing associated with driving sales to varied doors inclusive of company owned boutiques, wholesale partners, independent retail, and e-commerce doors – all while being mindful of designer legacy and brand heritage.
Prior experience at Deutsch Advertising allowed Alyce the foundational knowledge of full-service communications strategy, having direct interactions daily with the creative, production, talent, PR and multi-channel data and research teams.
A recognized media industry leader, integrated campaigns Alyce has led have been featured in noted industry trades including WWD, Luxury Daily, Adweek, and The Drum to name a few. Alyce also sits on the Board of Directors of Fashion Group International. Personal interests include travel, binge-watching documentary series, cooking, entertaining, and curating the perfect musical playlist for any occasion.
Alyce resides on Long Island with her two children and husband of 15 years.
