Ms. Lebenthal is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group and leads an initiative focusing on female-led companies.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Lebenthal was the CEO of Lebenthal Holdings, LLC, a municipal bond firm founded by her grandparents in 1925, which she joined in 1988. She started her career in the municipal bond department at Kidder Peabody.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Lebenthal has been a leader and champion for women in business. She has received many awards and recognition, including being named one of New York’s “100 Most Influential Women” by Crain’s New York Business in 1999 and one of the “Top 50 Women in Wealth Management” by Wealth Manager in 2009. In 2013, she was named to both Crain’s “Largest Women-Owned Businesses” and “Fast 50” lists.

Ms. Lebenthal holds a B.A. in History from Princeton University. She is a member of C200, the leading organization for women in business, and an advisory board member of Interprice Technologies Inc.
