A Global Partner

One benefit of our network is through our global charter solutions, being able to provide a comprehensive approach to business aviation. Our dedicated team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round with multiple flight centers around the world.

“Our mission is to create an environment that focuses on customer safety and service throughout their entire experience with Jet Aviation,” says Don Haloburdo, vice president, Jet Aviation Flight Services. “We’re fortunate to have input from some of business aviation’s best professionals, whether it is operations, cabin standards and flight scheduling.”

On board the aircraft, Jet Aviation cultivates an environment that is customer-centric, learning their likes and preferences over time and delivering a consistent service that incorporates those particular tastes. Most of Jet Aviation’s aircraft are equipped with Wifi along with multiple outlets for charging portable electronics and multiple entertainment monitors strategically placed throughout the cabin.

When it comes to options, Jet Aviation offers flexible choices based on your travel needs. On demand allows customers to pay as they travel and choose the right aircraft based on trip length, number of passengers and other factors. Block charter agreements offer discounts in exchange for agreeing to purchase a certain number of charter hours, or blocks, to be used over a period of time. Finally, the Privileged Travel Jet Card (available in the U.S. only) offers the ease and speed of guaranteed private business travel. One call to Jet Aviation is all it takes to book your flight. The program features predictable costs, guaranteed aircraft availability and more; there is no long-term commitment required.

Network Expansion

We’ve been growing steadily as a global force in business aviation since we started just over 50 years ago – and we just took another big leap forward. We substantially increased our capabilities in Asia Pacific and the Middle East with the acquisition of Hawker Pacific in April. Known for a wide range of services including civil MRO, fleet services, an FBO network, and aircraft sales, the addition of Hawker Pacific provides our customers with an even stronger extended network of locations and services with seven more FBOs and 14 maintenance facilities.

“Our goal remains clear,” said David Paddock, senior vice president and general manager, Regional Business Operations USA. “We want to be the single source our customers rely on for all of their business-aviation needs. We meet those needs with the safety, consistently excellent service, and quality our customers expect from a trusted partner.”

Wherever your plane lands, look for Jet Aviation to be there, ready to serve your aviation needs.
