Thomas Mantione began his career in financial services in 1993 and came to UBS in 2003. During his 20+ years in the field, Mr. Mantione has come to focus on cash-flow-based planning, asset and liability management and wealth-transfer planning. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and private wealth advisor and holds securities and life insurance licenses. Mr. Mantione lives with his family in Ridgefield, Conn.

Following his father into financial services, Andrew B. Shantz joined UBS in 2003. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and private wealth advisor and holds securities and insurance licenses. Mr. Shantz focuses on financial planning, asset and liability management and wealth-transfer and estate planning. Mr. Shantz and his family live in Fairfield, Conn.
