Tom Werner

Tom Werner is the chairman of the Boston Red Sox and the Red Sox Foundation. In the 13 seasons that he has been with the Red Sox, the club has won three World Series and saved and renovated Fenway Park. Werner was instrumental in establishing the Red Sox Foundation, which, to date, has committed more than $78 million to benefit the people of New England. Werner was inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame based on his work with partner Marcy Carsey. Together, they have helped create such popular series as “The Cosby Show,” “Roseanne” and “That ‘70s Show.” Most recently, Werner produced “Survivors Remorse,” which currently airs on the Starz network.
