The world's biggest retailer targets upscale consumers

The big box behemoth opened a store in Plano, Texas, that offers high-end accoutrements and $400 bottles of wine, according to an article in the March 23 edition of the Financial Times. The retailer insists it is not changing its strategy, only "being more relevant to a broader customer base."
