Clear Indexes launches new funds.

Clear Indexes launched two global indexes July 11: one to track exchanges and the other vaccines. The indexes are licensed to Claymore Securities for trading as exchange traded funds.

The Claymore/Global Exchanges, Broker and Asset Management Index is comprised of 100 stocks and will be rebalanced twice a year. It has three equal parts of exchanges, brokers and asset managers.

The Claymore/Clear Global Vaccine Index, is made up of approximately 40 stocks. Vaccines are gaining attention worldwide in the fight against diseases, especially those such as polio, which was once thought nearly eradicated, said Andrew Corn, founder and CEO of Clear Asset Management.

“Vaccines represent an underserved area with significant growth opportunities, while exchanges, brokers and asset managers represent the growth of wealth worldwide,” Corn said.
